Job duties
• Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic vision and business plan. • Oversee all real estate operations, including acquisitions, development, sales, leasing, and property management. • Identify new market opportunities and lead expansion efforts. • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, government entities, and key industry partners. • Ensure financial stability by managing budgets, forecasting, and monitoring company performance. • Lead, mentor, and motivate executive and operational teams to achieve business objectives. • Approve major investments, contracts, and high-value property deals. • Evaluate market trends and economic indicators to guide strategic decisions. • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
